This role will be designing all technology for the group, looking after all architecture, and creating the technical roadmap. We are looking for a candidate with an experienced background in strategic technology design you will have the vision to advise and architect technology that fulfils the needs of this diverse business, maximising existing investments and identifying opportunities to utilize new technology that is appropriate.Responsibilities: Defining and continuously evolving the architectural strategy and roadmapLead and mentor a global team of architects to accelerate the development of high-quality software solutions.Advocate for and ensure the adoption of best practices, standards, and architectural principles across the organisation.Defining and continuously evolving the architectural strategy and roadmapOversee the architecture review process and ensure alignment with reference architecture and business objectives.Skills And ExperienceExperience in leading software architecture, design, and developmentExperience in Technology Experience with ERP Systems Experience in Cloud Platforms and related technologiesHighly skilled in Data ArchitectureExpertise in AI and ML frameworks, design, and implementation
