Lovell Minnick is a US Private Equity firm that invests in the global financial services industry, including related technology and business services companies, with a focus on helping to build long term value for clients, employees and shareholders. The acquisition will support the continuation of Charles Taylor's successful growth strategy, with a focus on expanding client relationships, broadening specialist capabilities and the range of services and technology solutions, deepening geographic coverage, and reinvesting in quality of service and technology.Due to continued growth of Charles Taylor Aviation Asset Management, the Head of Appraisals will be working closely with our CTAAM’s CEO and play a pivotal role in establishing our Appraisals business from strategic and operations perspective.Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include:-Provide commercial aircraft/engine valuations (covering historical, current & future values)Provide opinion letters regarding Current Market ValueWork with the CTAAM Technical team to provide full appraisals (combining a Desk Top Maintenance Adjusted appraisal with a physical inspection and technical records review)Other responsibilities may include; Portfolio Valuations, Expert WitnessRequired SkillsISTAT certified appraiser (or equivalent)Proved track record with experience working in a similar role and able to demonstrate a history of aviation valuations/appraisals.In-depth understanding of the aviation marketAreas of expertise: Commercial Aircraft / Aero Engines / Business Jets / HelicoptersFluency in English (both written and verbal) with good IT skills (Microsoft packages)Must be prepared to travel internationally.Why join Charles Taylor?We are very proud of the fact that nine out of ten of our people recommend Charles Taylor as a place to work.
