Managing a team of 8 initially, and leading the Analytics agenda across 5 high profile retained clientsThe role has 3 key responsibilities:a) Recruit, develop and mentor Analytics talent.b) Help existing clients fulfil their growth potential using innovative media & marketing analytics solutions.c) Contribute to the new business growth by leveraging industry and marketing analytics expertise.Experience we are looking for:Experience across Media Measurement, Marketing AnalyticsExperienced people Manager with experience across online & offline dataStrong understanding of Media & AdvertisingVery strong storytelling / influencing capabilityStrong Statistical backgroundOpen to individuals who have worked clientside, publisher OR agencyWhy shouldsomeone be interested?–The 5 clients this role would lead Analytics agenda on are very varied in nature, but all extremely high profile. Would put someone in a very strong position to secure a major clientside role in the future should they want to take that path– The role will be a high profile figure involved in business growth and new client pitches– You’ll have a team of 8 initially but be given the opportunity to hire and build a large team around you.
