Reporting into the Chief Data Officer, the Head of Analytics Engineering will lead the Analytics Engineering team, a key pillar of our Data & Analytics department. This role involves providing governance and best practices for business analytics, supporting distributed analyst teams as well as engaging in complex, high-value analytics projects. You will play a pivotal role in democratising data across the organisation and building data monetisation opportunities. Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role within analytics or Data Engineering Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, ThoughtSpot) and data engineering platforms (Airflow, SQL, Python) Inspirational leadership styles with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Experience in running an Analytics Centre of Excellence in a distributed analytics department About YouAbout UsWe believe in the power of homes to improve lives, support livelihoods, and build communities.
