This highly regarded preparatory school is looking for a Head of Admissions and Marketing. Reporting into the Head of the school you will be responsible for leading and managing admissions and marketing for a school of 450 pupils.Responsibilities will include:To work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Nursery School Administrator to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.To be the first point of contact for all enquiries, providing advice and guidance, ensuring that the overriding experience of all prospective families is welcoming and efficient.To maintain links with parents, who have accepted a place for their child, prior to the point of final, physical admission to the school.Oversee and manage the arrangements for all Open DaysTo represent the school at any external Admissions Events as requiredTo liaise with the Head of IT Services to implement any changes to the school website which would enhance the school’s marketing strategy.To analyse admissions data to inform appropriate marketing strategies, activities, and events.To take the lead in raising the profile of the school through digital and traditional channels.To liaise with the School’s Social Media Manager to ensure that the content is relevant, of a high standard and in line with any current marketing strategies.To take responsibility for the production, ordering and supply of all aspects of the school’s physical marketing materials.To liaise with the Executive Director to ensure that the school’s promotional video library is up-to-date, and that new content is created when appropriate.To liaise with our SEO operator to ensure our website is optimised to the best level.To promote general online marketing with other search engines to ensure optimal positioning.BackgroundProven experience in marketing and recruitment management, preferably within an educational or similar settingStrong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media and email marketingExperience of working at a strategic level in marketing and admissionsExperience of translating a vision into a meaningful marketing and communications strategy and implement a cohesive set of tactical plansAn effective, strategic thinker with creative flair, able to embrace and drive change.If this sounds of interest, please contract
