As a leader in the industry, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounts and Finance Head to join our team and drive financial success.Position: Accounts and Finance Head Type: Permanent, Full-time Location: Washington Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Salary: £33,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) Benefits:28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Free on-site parkingPension scheme in line with government guidelinesResponsibilities: As the Accounts and Finance Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Your duties will include but are not limited to:Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss reports and other management reportsRecording all expenses and maintaining accurate bookkeeping entriesCompliance with reporting requirements to authorities, including VAT, TAX, and PensionsManaging bank connections, reconciliations, and postingsControl and processing of salaries and paymentsBudget preparation, expenses control, and payments to suppliersCollection of payments from customers and monitoring of cash flowCosting analysis and preparation of costing reportsMonthly profitability and inventory value calculationCredit card management and reconciliationPreparation of audit materials and annual financial statementsYearly tax reporting and management of projected cash flowQualifications:AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting Level 4 or equivalentWhy Join Us: Joining our team offers you the opportunity to be a part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your expertise will make a significant impact on the success of our organization.
