The RoleBluecube are an award-winning IT Managed Services and Security Services Provider, we have been supporting our clients for over 20 years and we are a growth organisation.We have an exciting opportunity to join Bluecube and to become a key leader within a team that has helped propel the organisation to what it is today, a best in class provider of technology solutions and a Tier One Microsoft Cloud Services Provider and a leading Managed Security Services Provider.The purpose of this role is to help enable our account management team deliver an outstanding experience to our clients, with client retention and service being the top priority. Working very closely with our Head of Client Engagement you will oversee the smooth running of the team, making sure that all members are realising their potential and bringing their best to work every day.A Bluecube Account Manager will be there for multiple clients, ensuring that incoming questions are dealt with promptly, that any requirements for IT hardware and software and managed professionally and accurately and that our client base always has someone to call if they need help.Revenue generation is a key responsibility of the team, but customer service always comes first.As the manager of this team, you will take pride in your team building skills, leadership ability and the quality of the guidance given to your people. You will be there to support and care for a diverse group of colleagues and you will bring modern leadership skills to complement and strengthen our excellent culture.Although primarily a Microsoft house, Bluecube deal with a variety of technology vendors, especially those focused on cloud and security services. Ideally you will have experience working in an MSP environment.We firmly believe that strong relationships will drive strong performance. we are looking for a driven, self-motivated candidate who has previous experience within a similar role and can demonstrate this experience. We expect candidates to have excellent attention to detail, to be eloquent communicators and proven people managers who also see themselves as an active participant in the IT industry.You will be working to Support the Bluecube account
Management team to deliver the best possible client service they can. Manage and care for the
team effectively with regular 121 meetings and objective reviews. Manage, monitor and help
drive the teams commercial pipeline (existing clients only). Manage, monitor and help
the team achieve key client support behaviours. Maintain an accurate sales
forecast and assist the team in managing accurate forecast dates and
reporting. Deliver metrics and
analytics to support all of the above and work with the Head of Client
Engagement on the strategic direction of the team. Maintain a risk register of clients and feedback any risks to the
Chief Engagement Officer.
Background and Skills: Proven experience in the IT services industry Proven experience as a people first leader Proven experience in a client facing role Solid financial rigour with
experience of forecasting and pipeline management Proven experience in
financial metrics, reporting and analytics Proven experience in
commission planning and modelling MSP Experience would be a
