Care Home is looking to recruit a Head Housekeeper on a permanent basis with a contract for 40hours.
Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in North Berwick .
We are proud to offer the following; Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and End of Life Care for up to 70residents.
About You
To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will be an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor with experience within a care home setting caring for older people or transferable skills from the hospitality sector.
You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of service, care and support for the residents.
You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents, relatives and colleagues to enable residents to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
You will have experience in managing a staff team, maintaining morale and motivating staff to carry out their role in a positive, supportive manner.
You will have the right to work within the UK.
