Head Chef Opportunity with busy Country Pub  - Northampton Area
A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our clients based Northampton for a Head Chef to work in the kitchen of their busy country pub. The pub is a popular venue all year round with both indoor and outdoor seating in summer months. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will lead the kitchen team preparing meals using fresh and seasonal products. The GM is looking for a organised and competent Head Chef who is able to perform full kitchen management duties.

The Role
Working in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal produce
Serving large volumes of guests each week
Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
Preparing meals for service
Kitchen Management duties - paperwork, ordering , GP
The Person
You will already be an experienced Head Chef or Sous Chef on promotion
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
Experience of working in fresh food kitchens ideally with with high volumes
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
