Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day running of a fast paced kitchen
- Supervise and lead the Catering team
- Assist the Management team in stock inventory management and order supplies
- Oversee and manage all recipes and prepared food dishes are correct and maintained to the highest quality of standards at all times
- Supervise the overall cleanliness of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Head Chef is desirable, as is a passion and drive to inspire others around them and the kitchen team
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen processes and in-depth understanding of all of the aspects within a commercial kitchen
- Good working knowledge and understanding of computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
- Food hygiene and Health and Safety qualifications required
- Commercial awareness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
