A great opportunity has come for a Head Chef to join the team of an exciting new opening in August. The restaurant will offer the best of British and Mediterranean cuisine - sharing concept small plates, dry age meat, whole butchering on site, etc. High volume brasserie up to 200 covers per service.
Responsibilities:
As Head Chef, you will have control over the kitchen's day-to-day operations, closely collaborating with the Executive Chef to uphold the seasonal ingredient sourcing and menu concept. Your role will involve managing and training a team, creating and cooking a seasonal daily-changing menu, monitoring and achieving budgeted food margins, and training front-of-house on dishes and seasonal changes.
We are looking for a
Head Chef
with a consistent and extensive background in casual fine dining restaurants, someone that can manage high volume and a large brigade of chefs. You will be working with top suppliers and a large brigade of chefs, supporting your Executive chef on a daily basis.
