Report to : Gm & Ops Manager
Group size : 2 Sites

This is a great opportunity for a passionate and creative Head chef to write menus and come up with on trend food ideas for a premium site in hackney wick.
There is support from an operations team for costing dishes and helping your ideas shine. The food is high quality from an open kitchen and a solid team to support you.
Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.
This would suit a head chef that has worked in a busy restaurant, street food outlet or burger brand. Someone who has knowledge of food trends and can create menus. Apply today!
