Head Chef Requirements:
To be confident in creating and designing new menus, ensuring that the preparation, presentation and quality of food, is maintained at its highest standards at all times to at least 3aa Rosette level.
Constantly focus on guest satisfaction and service
To manage the Kitchen using your integrity, including staff, Health & Safety, equipment, and any other areas connected with the Department.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
Develop and execute seasonal menus and daily specials, showcasing your culinary expertise and creativity.
Train and mentor junior staff members, nurturing their skills
