Job Title: Head Chef
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £75,000
I'm currently looking to recruit a Head Chef on behalf of my client, a modern steakhouse and sophisticated restaurant known for its high-quality cuisine and exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities: - Oversee daily kitchen operations - Develop and design menus that highlight our steakhouse offerings - Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste - Manage kitchen staff, including training and scheduling - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed - Enforce health and safety standards in the kitchen - Collaborate with management to meet the restaurant's goals and objectives
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Expertise in steakhouse cuisine and modern cooking techniques - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations - Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
