As Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's high standards and ensuring the delivery of a world-class dining experience. Working closely with a talented team you will lead the creation of seasonal menus showcasing the best of British produce.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a similar environment.
Strong knowledge of modern cuisine and culinary techniques.
A passion for creating exceptional seasonal dishes.
Leadership and team management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

A strong understanding of Food safety.
