Our client currently has over 7 successful locations and are currently looking to hire a Head Chef to join their pub based just outside of Derby City Centre.
Tell me more about the Head Chef Role...
The site receives two deliveries daily from the prep kitchen with bulk made fresh food.
What duties will I be doing in the Head Chef role?
* Supporting and helping them team to serve high-quality dishes.
* Supporting at the forefront to make all business decisions.
* Lead and develop a large team within a busy kitchen.
* Be in control of your own GPs, Stock & Stock Takes, Rota's, Labour percentages and much more.
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene policies and regulations
What will you bring to the Head Chef role?
* Experience of working within a high-volume pub
* Currently working with good experience as either a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Confidently able to lead and develop a large kitchen team.
* Comfortable working with kitchen management systems and be intrigued to learn new ones and new ways of working.
