Head Chef

Our client based in Ludlow, Shropshire are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef.

Working within a fine dining restaurant within a luxury Spa Hotel, this is an exciting role that also offers on site accommodation if required.

The role involves creating and executing menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. Overseeing the recruitment,�the training and supervision of all kitchen staff.

Your role will also involve sourcing suppliers, developing relationships, and the overall responsibility for creating a special dining experience for our guests.
