If so, then join our Food and Beverage team at Kenwood House and play your part in helping visitors experience more of England's captivating past and preserve it for generations to come.We are looking for a Head Chef with proven experience leading a dynamic kitchen team in a reputed establishment, with the ability to provide direction and mentorship to a diverse kitchen team, ensuring high standards are met and sustained. It will be your responsibility to design and consistently update seasonal menus that reflect both the rich history of Kenwood House and contemporary culinary trends. Incorporate local produce and traditional English dishes with an innovative twist.A strong understanding of due diligence, food safety and H&S regulations are important as is the ability to implement the English Heritage catering strategy of in-house food production, maximising profit from all catering activities to achieve the annual F&B budget and KPIs and ensuring all kitchen practices adhere to the highest standards of hygiene and safety. As well as regularly reviewing and updating protocols to align with current regulations, you will demonstrate a strong foundation in health and safety regulations, with an emphasis on maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
