Head Chef

Whitehall Garden Centre is a family run and award winning business. A vacancy has arisen in our
Herb Garden Restaurant for a Head Chef. This is a fabulous opportunity for any experienced head chef or ambitious senior sous offering straight shifts, no evenings.
To work 4 days during the week plus alternate weekends, with the added benefit of having Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday off.
As a Head Chef you will:
Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
Be managing and motivating a professional team
Ensure that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team
Possess excellent man management and kitchen management skills
Be a creative and talented chef who can lead their team by example and inspire them
Ensure the highest possible standard of hygiene is practiced and maintained to meet Health & Safety regulations and food preparation guidelines
