At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a busy restaurant.

IRO £40,000 plus a year (depending on experience), plus weekly & monthly tips with general package up to IRO £45,000 plus

Role:
You will help lead the team and ensure high standards are met and great food is served daily to the company specifications.
You will ensure all Health and Safety processes are in place and maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating.
You will assist in achieving site GP targets as well as managing stock and labour costs.
