In charge of offering our residents an unrivalled dining experience. We are looking for a Head Chef who has the experience and drive to take this unique venue to the next level. Delivering contemporary cuisine to our VIP and leisure guests, we require an outstanding team player who can bring flair and innovation to the position. Being a people leader. Work alongside the General Manager to recruit, on board, develop, inspire and retain the best kitchen talent. Being passionate about our food, knowing the menu inside out, and training your team up to do the same. Working with the whole restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers and taking absolute pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen. The position also oversees our meetings & events department, which is comprised of 16 conference rooms, two large 100 cover multi use rooms, and an arena capable of seating up to 200 people. Additionally, the Head Chef oversees the breakfast buffet service, which can serve 500-1000 guests daily. The Head Chef must be well versed in Health & Safety standards, kitchen labour management, procurement, and ordering procedures.
