Head Chef Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal availability
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor food production to maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Order and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:

- Previous experience working as a Head Chef
- Previous experience working with Asian Cuisine
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques, with comfort to prepare Pan Asian and International dishes
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
