Head Chef

My client is a independent restaurant whose ethos concentrates on producing fresh food in a relaxed environment. We are looking for a Head Chef with a strong background who is looking for a new challenge within this exciting restaurant group. They are currently looking for a strong Head chef who can work well under pressure, is highly motivated and passionate about cooking! You will need to have experience in busy kitchens and familiar with working with quality fresh produce.

As Head Chef you will lead & motivate your team in order to manage this operation, doing between 50/120 covers a day in this bustling kitchen. You will need qualities such as being a strong leader and have a good understanding of being within a restaurant environment. Most importantly you will be an ambitious and motivated individual who has a real passion to produce high quality fresh food to an excellent standard, both in presentation and flavour.

1 year of Sous Chef or Head Chef experience preferred.
