My Client, a small Boutique Hotel in the Evesham area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a Permanent Head Chef for it's 2 Rosette Restaurant.
This role is suitable for a Head Chef to take over the full running of the kitchen in its current format
The main functions of the role include
- prepare and present 2 Rosette standard of food
- Be strong history of achieving good waste management and a high gross profit
- A passion for food and creating dishes
- A strong leader with excellent communication skills
- A natural flair for developing and motivating teams
- Always ensures a high standard of quality and food presentation
- Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen
- Advanced level Food Safety and Health and Safety qualifications
The salary on offer is up to �50,000 plus bonus plus tips
