Head Chef

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our customers. Duties:

- Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team

- Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation techniques and safety procedures

- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to established recipes and quality standards

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

- Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials

- Manage kitchen operations during service hours, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food

- Oversee the plating and presentation of dishes to ensure they meet our high standards

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and execution

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, management, and suppliers

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
