Head Chef - Cambridge City Centre
�35k - Monday to Friday - No Evenings
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join their team and lead their catering operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Develop and execute innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes.
- Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a Head Chef in a high-volume establishment.
- Catering qualification or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing a multi outlet unit.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- This role is predominantely Monday to Friday, with the very occasional evening/Saturday if they have an event scheduled.
