�35k - Monday to Friday - No Evenings

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join their team and lead their catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.


• Develop and execute innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes.


• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.


• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a Head Chef in a high-volume establishment.


• Catering qualification or equivalent certification.


• Experience managing a multi outlet unit.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.


• Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence.


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• This role is predominantely Monday to Friday, with the very occasional evening/Saturday if they have an event scheduled.
