Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a new restaurant that will launch in May and offer a delicious pizza menu all year round. You will also oversee a takeaway service that will cater to the local community in the off-season.

Head Chef - What's involved?

We are looking for an experienced pizza head chef to join our client's team at a new location on the Isle of Wight. You will be responsible for creating and executing a menu that includes 8-10 pizzas, 3-4 main dishes, a variety of starters and desserts. You will also manage the staff, compliance, training, rota, ordering and service of the site. You will work with an electric multi deck pizza oven and lead a team of 8 people. You must be passionate about pizza and have excellent leadership skills to be considered for this role.
