My client is in search of a Head Chef to lead a small brigade in this 40 cover restaurant nestled in an idyllic village near the Suffolk Coast. If you're a Sous Chef aspiring to step into your first Head Chef position then this could be your next move.

excellent reputation. Diners often travel long distances to savour the kitchen's
dedication to food and thoughtfully crafted menus. With a close knit, loyal dedicated team this is a great opportunity for the right chef to make a name for themselves.
As the Head Chef will need to display a mastery of basic techniques and produce dishes of quality and clarity of flavours, using high quality, locally sourced fresh ingredients. The kitchen serves exclusively fresh, made-from-scratch dishes at a 2AA Rosette standard.
You should be composed, capable of working efficiently in a the kitchen, and possess strong communication skills. Overseeing a small team of three you will work closely with the owners on menu development illustrating creative flair and seasonal dishes, ensuring the use of premium ingredients in every dish by partnering with local suppliers
