A DBS is required for this role. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Head Chef for our dedicated catering team in Hounslow, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients in this prestigious contract. You would manage the kitchen with a team of 3.

Covering head chef duties whilst away
Working along side the head chef to assist in devising, ordering and collating weekly menus Responsibility alongside the head chef of every day HSE standardsMaintain the centre of excellence in food and customer service.Working alongside the head chef in managing all areas of the kitchen and the Team to ensure standards and service levels do not drop
About You
Previous experience in a similar rolePrevious experience working in a high volume, high quality environmentPrevious experience working in a B&I contract preferredExperience in working to an achievable GPStock and Waste control experienceUnderstanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha's Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.Security Clearance will be required for this role
