Head Chef - Conference and Events

I am seeking a head chef for an amazing site which has a number of conferences and exhibitions throughout the year, this site also consists of a busy cafe / restaurant for visitors and guest on site. This is a very busy kitchen cooking fresh food daily and with ever changing menus. This head chef will be involved in producing fabulous menus working closely with a very experienced Executive Head chef. This head chef will be a passionate food who want to collaborate with the Executive chef and the team to try new menus and concepts.
Ideally this chef will require some events experience due to some high volume conferencing, you will also need to be able to work smart in a small but fully equipped kitchen which has recently has money invested in new equipment to make life easier. This is a great opportunity to be creative as well as working for a great Contract catering company.

Mostly Monday to Friday ( Some weekends depending on events )
out going friendly personality is key
Happy to be flexible depending on work levels this may involve occasional early starts
Paper work and health and safety knowledge
