This dining venue, uses local South Devon produce for a casual dining menu with seasonal specials.
Head Chef Job Role
The Head Chef will have full responsibility of the kitchen operation at this venue. This will require a hands-on approach and ability to lead a small, friendly team. You will ensure the kitchen operation runs smoothly, achieving standards and profitability. You will have the opportunity to work and develop the menu using amazing fresh local produce. The business also has an outside catering business and is looking to expand this as well.
This would suit a chef looking for first Head Chef position with experience in a fresh food, small hotel, restaurant or dining pub or events business.
Salary and Benefits
Starting basic salary is to £32,000 p.a. to £35,000 p.a. depending on experience.
