We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to lead a large team of bakers and pastry chefs in this artisan sourdough bakery with an open kitchen and 40 covers for eat in. They are part of a group with expansion plans and can produce enough stock for up to 4 bakeries.
They use the best ingredients and finest UK organic flour. There is lots of creativity with this role, along with a large team to manage so this would suit an experienced baker from a well-known artisan bakery, and a real people person who can develop and mentor junior bakers for success!
