This is a development role over 2 years with CPD module linked to Herts University that offers progression to the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse training (Health Visiting). We have some great networks supporting inclusivity and well-being, flexible working, all in a great Borough which is easy to navigate, central and reached via lots of different routes.Main duties of the jobTo support health visitors in delivering the Healthy Child Programme and Whittington Health Trust (Haringey) Health Visiting service specification.To work across the 0-19 service mainly based in the Health Visiting teams to improve health and life outcomes for children and families within a defined community through delivering packages of care/support following assessment by the Health Visitor.To participate in the development of intervention pathways, services and health improvement activities.To work in collaboration with other health care and service providers, including Children Centre's and Early Years to identify and address health needs.About usWorking for your organisation should read: Whittington Health serves a richly diverse population and works hard to ensure that all our services are fair and equally accessible to everyone.
