Your leadership will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge electrical systems and components. * Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic hardware systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
* Manage engineering projects from concept to production, optimizing designs for mechanical and thermal efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
* Prepare detailed technical documentation and oversee prototype evaluation.
* Define team strategy, onboard new hires, and facilitate skills development.Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Extensive experience in senior engineering roles, preferably in electrification projects.
* Experience in hardware development within automotive, aerospace, or consultancy sectors.
