As Hardware Team Lead, you'll spearhead complex electrical and electronics engineering projects, driving innovation and excellence within the EV sector. Your leadership will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge electrical systems and components. Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of electrical and electronic hardware systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Manage engineering projects from concept to production, optimizing designs for mechanical and thermal efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
Prepare detailed technical documentation and oversee prototype evaluation.
Define team strategy, onboard new hires, and facilitate skills development.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors or masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Extensive experience in senior engineering roles, preferably in electrification projects.
Experience in hardware development within automotive, aerospace, or consultancy sectors.
Knowledge of HV test equipment safety and relevant industry standards.
