Hours of Work/Shift:40 hours per week

We are hiring for a Handyman to undertake maintenance repairs in Preston. This is a permanent job that involes repairs in 40/50 houses. You willl be an important part of the team helping to maintain the up keep of the properties carrying out various different tasks.

You will be working as part of the maintenance team, the main duties would include:

• General Repairs
• Plumbing
• Basic Electrics
• Doors
• Locks
• Painting

It would be beneficial to the mainenance team if you have:

• Good communication skills
• Access to reliable transport
• Confident
• Experience in social housing.

Our client is a small run company who are the market leaders in their specialist field providing support housing needs to over 70 Local Authorities. They are looking for a Handyman to join their team full-time.
