Hair Stylist

Sessions prestigious Spa based in Beverley is looking for a Hair Stylist/Hairdressing to join their team on a permanent basis. Sessions offer a generous salary which is dependant on experience. This is a full-time or part time role, and a degree of flexibility will be required as some evening and weekend working will be required – Hours to be agreed
The Hair Stylist/Hairdresser will be fully competent in all aspects of hairdressing. The ideal applicant will be trained to the highest level and have a passion for delivering that service to clients and passing on that knowledge to junior members of the team.
The Main responsibilities and skills required of the Senior Stylist/Hairdressing Trainer:
Be fully a fully trained, experienced stylist.Be a master in colour, cutting, blow drying etc.Be an expert in creating hair for special occasions such as Wedding, Prom, Black Tie Events especially up dos.Qualified in extensions would be advantageous.Experienced in training new graduates.Ensure all services are carried out to the highest standards.Very strong interpersonal skills.Professional and courteous manner.Present personally in keeping with luxury brand.Provide exceptional customer service.Good people skills to interact with colleagues and clients.Experienced with social media – promoting business.Experienced in building and growing client base.
Desirable Skills of the Senior Stylist/Hairdressing / Trainer:
Experience of working in a training environment.Trained in LorealGreat ColouristProm and wedding put upsAn interest in entering awards.
