A leading UK property and construction consultancy are seeking a H&S/CDM Advisor to join their expanding team.

They have built a strong reputation in the industry, providing expertise around Health and Safety, Building Surveying and Construction services.

The successful H&S/CDM Advisor will be joining an organisation who are committed to providing exceptional delivery of service to their clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

About the role:

The successful H&S/CDM Advisor will be responsible for:

• Advise clients on their duties under the CDM regulations


• Review and approve the design proposals to ensure it complies with health and safety regulations


• Prepare and update all health and safety files and ensure it contains the relevant information


• Conduct regular site inspections


• Assist clients in appointing skilled designers and contractors

REQUIREMENTS

About the requirements for H&S/CDM Advisor:

• NEBOSH general certificate Diploma


• Experience in the construction industry


• CMaps qualification with the APS (Desirable)
