Job Description:
Overall Job Function:Responsible to provide excellent service to the stores by performing all duties related to picking and packing of H&M merchandise with accuracy, quality, efficiency and sustainability according to H&M values, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 lbs. may be required
May be required to pull/push manual jack – 10 to 50 lbs.
Extended time standing and/or bending
Ability to work in a team and individually, in a fast-paced time sensitive environment
Good communication skills
Picks and packs garments in designated store totes from designated warehouse locations determined by computerized lists.
Follows and executes all safety, security, and administrative routines.
Retrieves loaded totes and racks and load trucks with merchandise, fixtures, and all other parcels or supplies in an organized and secured manner and secures with a seal.
Unloads received trucks and ensures all merchandise on Bill of Lading is accounted for and in good shape.
Notifies a manager of any discrepancies or damages.
Breaks down and sorts cartons/totes/pallets daily from arriving trailers.
