Extrastaff are currently recruiting for a Guillotine Operative for a well-established� company based in Enfield which will soon be moving to Bishop Stortford. This is a great opportunity for someone to progress within a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines according to job specifications and customer requirements.


• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.


• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines.


• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Key Requirements

• Previous experience or similar die-cutting machines preferred.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.


• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Team player mentality with good communication skill
