Guest Services Agent

With the launch of the new ship, the Disney Treasure, Disney Cruise Line is growing the Reception Teams. We are looking for a candidate able to join in the next 2 to 4 months for a 6 months contract. Contracts are renewable i ndefinitely. The 5 ships of the Disney Cruise Line fleet welcome between 3000 and 4000 passengers. The guests are mainly families looking to create, with Disney Cruise Line, magical memories during their holidays. Disney Cruise Line is based in Orlando, Florida and offers varied itineraries to the Bahamas, Caribbean, Alaska, South America, Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, Europe... Salary: $2200 per month (tax-free in the UK) + overtime if applicable. Benefits: Salaries are fully free of tax on board and back home. Food, accommodation (shared cabin with 1 person), medical insurance and uniforms are part of your contract (no salary deduction). Flights to and back from the ships are organised and paid for by Disney Cruise Line.
During your time off: You will have access to crew member areas on board including a gym, a bar, a library & a pool as well as dedicated officer spaces. You are also able to leave the ship regularly. For example, one of the regular port of call is Castaway Cay, Disney Cruise Line's private island in the Bahamas. The Island is only accessible to the Disney ships and offers the crew members a private beach and bar. What we are looking for: A Receptionist/Front Office Agent/Guest Services with at least 1 year of experience in a high volume hotel/resort. An advanced level of English is essential. Being able to speak other languages would be best.
