We are looking for a Guest Relations and At Your Service Manager to join our award-winning hotel team, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a passionate individual with natural leadership abilities and a strong inclination towards luxury hospitality.

JOB SUMMARY
As the Guest Relations and At Your Service (AYS) Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the moment of booking until post departure. Your responsibilities include handling guest communications before, during, and after their stay, overseeing the Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) process, tracking service issues, and effectively resolving any guest-related concerns.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will oversee and coordinate all At Your Service activities, ensuring that our guests receive prompt and efficient assistance with their requests and needs. You will also be responsible for delivering personalized and memorable services to our guests, setting the standard for hospitality excellence. You will lead a team of a minimum of 4 associates, guiding them to provide top-notch service to our valued guests.
You may be required you to step into the role of Manager on Duty or Night Manager as needed. In this capacity, you will oversee all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are consistently provided. You will represent property management in addressing any guest-related situations that may arise and will efficiently manage guest inquiries and direct them within the lobby.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
Or
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
