This role will report to the Group Head of Utility Assets and Engineering.The purpose of this role is to provide and perform general administration support, with a focus on data collation and analysis, using your initiative and self-motivation where necessary.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently and accurately collating and analysing data using various software, such as MS Excel.Regularly liaising with members of the team to update accurate trackers of ongoing/upcoming projects.Monitoring shared inboxes, ensuring that queries or actions are passed onto the relevant team member promptly.Ensuring that the Intranet pages are kept up to date, with accurate information, documentation and links.Distributing information to a range of people within the business.Recording minutes in various meetings.Taking messages on behalf of team members who may be out of the office and distributing them promptly.Booking meeting rooms for the team and assisting in the provision of refreshments where required.Assisting with the general administrative requirements of the team.All employees have the responsibility to ensure their practice adheres to both legislation and the fairness at work policy.What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for?Good written and verbal communication skills.A high level of computer literacy, with experience in many different software packages, particularly MS Office 365.Ability to be well organised, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.Ability to think commercially, with good data analysis and critical thinking skills.What’s in it for you?Salary and benefits packageCompetitive Salary (DOE)PensionBonusWhen you join us, the futureis yours to explore.
