We do all this by releasing companies from the burden of cash management, putting cash to work, and helping customers enhance the value that their staff and facilities add to their business .ROLE PURPOSEThe Group Treasury manager is responsible for the days to day operations of the Treasury function and providing support in strategic treasury matters.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFull responsibility and leadership of the International Business, Group Treasury FunctionBe the main point of contact for Glory HQ Treasury in Japan, leading monthly meetings and preparing presentations as required.Track and monitor short and long-term Group cash flow forecasts reporting.Lead on cash improvement initiatives globally.Track, monitor and manage Group and HQ Foreign currency exposure including calculating and placing Spot and Forward FX Trades and FX SWAPs with core banking partners.Manage global Clearing Banking migration to HSBC and oversee closure of legacy bank accounts.Manage global Cash pooling project with HSBC.Be the main point of contact for Global banking partners.Periodically review security over Global bank accounts to ensure upmost security and adherence to the Group Treasury policy.Manage Intra-group loans with Group parent and within International Business. Liaison with Group Tax to ensure most tax advantageous positions are taken where possible.
