Group Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Group Travel Consultant to join our clients school group and corporate team. As a Group Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the travel needs of diverse clientele, including schools, colleges, leisure groups, and corporates.

Exciting role for an experienced Group Travel Consultant from a leisure or corporate background, conversant with GDS and seeking career progression with the opportunity to earn generous commission.

Group Travel Consultant  – Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate group flight bookings for various customer segments, ensuring seamless travel experiences.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, leisure groups, and corporate clients to understand their unique travel requirements.


• Utilize a broad understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), to efficiently navigate and fulfil customer travel needs and book flights using GDS along with accommodation and travel extras.


• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and new offerings to provide clients with up-to-date and relevant travel solutions.


• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Group Travel Consultant  – Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in group travel sales with school group travel, tour operator or corporate travel


• Proficiency navigating Global Distribution Systems, such as Galilio, Amadeus or Sabre,


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.


• Happy to come to the London office one a month.
