The Purpose of the Role
To be responsible for leading our ambitious team of planners and bringing knowledge of best-in-class, award winning CRM and marketing automation programmes for our centres that foster profound customer connections and yield enviable results.
How will you spend your time?
Lead on major clients, ensuring that effective CRM strategy and plans are in place, and the planning resourcing requirements are understood and accommodated.
Research and identify insight that enables the development of compelling strategies that translate client goals into actionable communications and media briefs.
Develop customer-centric strategies that identify sources of growth and define the role of CRM in unlocking value for the client.
Work closely with the extended team to plan CRM activity, from distilling project briefs to developing customer journey designs, messaging matrices, communications architecture, content plans and other related campaign documentation.
Own the narrative for major presentations, creatively crafting information into concise stories that engage, inspire and motivate our clients to action recommendations.
Build trust with key clients to become a valued advisor by demonstrating relevant expertise and offering ideas to help them meet their business and personal goals.
Lead major new CRM pitches by understanding the nature of the brief and client requirements, lead solutioning across team and partner with commercial for response development.
Support and work with the leadership team to evolve the strategy for the Salocin Group and position the business for success.
It’s important that you are experienced in
Strategy & Planning that has evolved in today’s advanced data and MarTech ecosystem and what it takes for clients to maximise their investments in these omnichannel campaign orchestration enablers.
Customer journey and CRM campaign planning, with a well-rounded understanding of direct response craft, including proposition development, contact strategy design, content planning and engagement techniques.
Demonstrable experience of presenting complex strategies in a digestible and actionable way.
An appreciation of behavioral insight and other research disciplines that develop deep customer understanding to invoke a human response to marketing communications.
A respected team leader, with examples on how you have focused your team and wider specialists to deliver value.
The Recruitment Process
