Role Overview:
The Group Solution Architect holds the responsibility for designing and overseeing the implementation of business and IT solutions that meet the needs and objectives of Spirax Group.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...
Working with users, IT Service Owners & Business Unit IS teams to understand requirements and oversee alignment of initiatives which ensures re-use of applications and solutions
Provision of technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to the IT and IS teams to ensure adherence to Group architecture standards, policies and best practices
Oversee project scoping and cross-domains, cross-functions and cross-organisational alignment activities
Preside over the creation of roadmaps for common business capabilities across Spirax Group
Facilitate solution design workshops and document proposed solutions
Manage and coordinate Group governance processes across multiple teams
Your previous experience is likely to include....
Solution Architect focus on business applications
Leading implementation of COTS and SaaS applications and cloud technologies for global user base
Designing and developing software solutions using various technologies and platforms
Working within a global organisation across multiple time zones and languages
To be successful in this role you will...
Possess certification in known architecture frameworks and/or be qualified by experience
Possess excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
Demonstrate Company Core Values at all time
Hold excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills
