Group Scrum Master - 39625 - £46.09/hr umbrella rate (Inside IR35)
Jonathan Lee Recruitment is seeking a skilled and experienced Group Scrum Master to join our client's inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time flexible, hybrid-working role is based in Gaydon with hybrid working and offers an Umbrella rate of £46.09 per hour.
As a Group Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in enabling our engineering leadership team to deliver exceptional results within a Scaled Agile framework. You will collaborate closely with Squad, Group and Domain Scrum Masters, ensuring adherence to Agile processes while swiftly removing obstacles and distractions that hinder team progress.
In your first few weeks in this flexible Group Scrum Master role, you can expect to:
Prioritise your groups workload, alongside your Group Leads and create an engaging and innovative Agile environment
Enable the leadership team to effectively deliver within a Scaled Agile framework but also play a pivotal role in coaching and developing key stakeholders and other Scrum Masters
Coach the Chapter Product Owner (PO) on their responsibilities, including maintaining a clear product roadmap, cascading information to other groups in the domain, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment on priorities across squads
Provide guidance to the Chapter leadership on agile behaviours, empowering squads to be

Prior experience in a ScrumMaster or Agile Coach role, preferably within the Automotive Engineering industry
Expert knowledge of Agile principles and their practical application
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage team backlog and delivery efficiently
Qualified experience in Agile at Scale (eg Leading SAFe)
