Job Title:Group Sales Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Company Vehicle + Laptop + Mobile Phone
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

A successfulAgricultural Dealer, who is a Top 3 Tractor Brandis seeking an experiencedGroup Sales Manager. Reporting directly to theGroup Aftersales Manager and Director,you will be responsible fordriving the Field based sales teams forward. About your newArea Sales Managerrole:
- KPI & Profit and Loss Reporting
- Develop sales strategies to advance the company in the market industry
- Lead and motive the sales team
- Stock and Supplier management
- Regular travel What you’ll need to succeed:
- Product knowledge withinAgricultural, Groundcare, Plant, Forklift machinery sales
- Previous experience managing a team of field sales staff
- Target driven, self-motivated and present a professional image
- Ability to influence and persuade to close a deal
- Full UK driving licence What you’ll get in return:
