Innocent is growing up and maturing from a big little company to a little big company. With greater size comes greater responsibility. It is an exciting time of change with having gone live with our first factory and new ERP systems in the past few years.
We have a great opportunity for someone to become Group Reporting Analyst of this exciting business. This person will ideally be familiar with manufacturing and FMCG on a medium to large scale with multi-currency consolidations via industry or practice experience and have a keen eye for detail and sharp communication skills.
This role, reporting into our Group Reporting & Compliance Lead, is a key role in the group finance team.
The role is responsible for:
Owning our consolidated monthly reporting for both internal purposes and to our shareholder, The Coca-Cola Company.
Performing key consol checks around intercompany, eliminations and other key accounts.
Maintaining reconciliations and bridge between the different consol views (US GAAP and IFRS) and FX views.
Preparing and providing shareholder analysis and submissions on follow up queries and process improvement.
Building effective relationships with regional finance to drive best practice process and project work.
Preparing FX hedge recommendations for execution to manage foreign currency spends.
Ensuring adherence to IFRS and US GAAP and assessing new standards as well as ensuring appropriate documentation is in place.
Maintaining accounting manual and drafting accounting policy as well as maintaining our COA structures.
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and completing compliance controls.
Working with our internal FP&A team and preparing consolidated shareholder forecast and budget submissions.
Owning the reporting model and running testing for your area on platform upgrades and functionality enhancements. you'll have
What we're looking for:
A reporting superstar – someone who has solid reporting skills with a passion for improvement and a keen eye for what good looks like
A great communicator with a technical mindset but can communicate the message simply to a range of audiences including our shareholder.
A keen eye for detail, with a questioning mindset who can get out ahead of audit questions, shore up processes and deliver the story of period end.
A structured approach to workload, who can tackle multiple streams of work and improvements in a sensible and timely way and distribute the work sensibly around the team to drive proactive management of this area.
Someone who is happy to get hands-on with tools and the systems to understand how we can make our processes simpler, compliance integrated and reporting easier. you'll get Be a key part in establishing the future of the innocent’s evolving reporting framework and landing the changes already in motion.
Work with a wide range of stakeholders both within innocent and the wider Coca-Cola network
